Refund Policy

Sixtyposts has a free plan so you can try the product properly before paying. If a paid plan still isn’t right, here’s how refunds work.

14-day refund on your first payment

If you’re unhappy with your first payment on any paid plan, email us within 14 days of that charge and we’ll refund it in full. No form to fill in, and you don’t have to explain yourself.

Renewals

Renewal payments aren’t automatically refundable, because you can cancel at any time before they happen. Cancel in Settings and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for — we don’t cut you off early.

That said, if a renewal caught you out — you didn’t use it that month, or you meant to cancel — email us. We’d rather sort it out than argue over a subscription.

If something is broken

If the Service fails in a way that stops you using what you paid for, and we can’t fix it in reasonable time, we’ll refund the affected period whether or not the 14 days have passed.

What isn’t refundable

How to ask

Email support@sixtyposts.com from the address on your account. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days once approved.
