Sixtyposts
Terms of Service
Last updated 17 September 2026
These terms cover your use of Sixtyposts (the “Service”), operated by Sixtyposts. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
1. What the Service does
Sixtyposts turns a script, a video link or an existing post into a designed social media carousel. It generates text and layouts using AI, renders them as images or PDFs, and stores your carousels so you can edit them later.
2. Your account
- You need an account to save work. Keep your password secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter a contract where you live.
- One person or organisation per account. Don’t share logins to get around plan limits.
3. Plans, billing and cancellation
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. We don’t see or store your card details.
- Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from Settings; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Plan limits (AI generations per month, saved carousels, brand kits) are shown on the pricing page and enforced in the product.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal. Refunds are covered in our refund policy.
4. Your content
You own what you put in and what comes out. Scripts you paste, photos you upload and the carousels you export remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the Service: to store your content, process it (including sending text to our AI provider to generate a draft), and display it back to you.
You’re responsible for having the rights to what you upload — including photos, logos and anything you import from another platform.
5. AI-generated output
Drafts are produced by an AI model and are a starting point, not finished work. Output can be wrong, generic, or resemble something produced for another user. Check anything factual before you publish it — particularly claims about money, health, law or anyone’s identity. We don’t warrant that output is accurate, original or fit for a particular purpose.
6. Importing from other platforms
The Service can transcribe a video or read a post you point it at. You are responsible for complying with the terms of the platform you’re importing from, and for having the right to reuse that material. Don’t use the Service to copy someone else’s work and pass it off as your own.
7. Acceptable use
- No illegal content, harassment, hate speech, or sexual content involving minors.
- No impersonating a real person or organisation, and no fabricated endorsements, reviews or credentials.
- No scraping the Service, reselling access, or attempting to bypass plan limits or security.
- No uploading malware, or anything designed to disrupt the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, usually after a warning where practical.
8. Availability
The Service is provided “as is”. We aim for it to be available and correct, but we don’t promise uninterrupted service, and features may change. We’ll give reasonable notice before removing something you rely on.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Sixtyposts isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost content. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited.
10. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We’ll delete your carousels and brand kits, subject to the retention described in the privacy policy. If you cancel a paid plan you keep access until the period you’ve paid for ends.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we’ll tell you by email or in the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Questions go to support@sixtyposts.com.
